Structured Steps

1

Company

A company in Paysight is your main business entity, used to organize all your brands, products, and payment operations. Only the company name is required, but you can also add details like director, phone, website, address, and operator emails for better internal organization. Adding operator emails is optional but recommended if you want your team to receive notifications about company activity.

2

Brand

Brand is the public identity of your business within Paysight. It represents how your customers see you, including your business name, logo, and website. Brands help you organize your offerings and communications, and you can set up multiple brands if you operate different businesses or target different audiences.

3

Merchant Account (MID)

MID is a unique number that links your Paysight account to your payment processor or bank. It’s what allows you to accept credit and debit card payments. Each MID is tied to a specific merchant account, and having more than one can help you manage payments for different brands, currencies, or regions.

4

Subscription

Subscription lets you automatically bill your customers on a recurring basis, such as monthly or annually. This is ideal for services or products that your customers use over time. With Paysight, you can set up and manage subscription plans, handle renewals, and make changes as your customers’ needs evolve.

5

Product

Product is anything you offer for sale through Paysight. This could be a physical item, a digital download, a membership, or a service. Products can be sold as one-time purchases or as part of a subscription plan. You control the details, pricing, and how each product is presented to your customers.
