To manage and cancel recurring billing for your customers, Paysight offers two ways to unsubscribe users: through the Transactions section or the Customers section. Follow the steps below to unsubscribe users from their active subscriptions.
Partial Cancellations: You can unsubscribe users from individual subscriptions without affecting their other active services.
Subscription Updates: Once the unsubscription is completed, the customer’s account will reflect the change, and they will no longer be billed for that subscription.
Confirmation: Both you and the customer will receive a confirmation once the unsubscription is successfully processed.
By following these steps, you can easily manage and cancel recurring subscriptions through either the Transactions or Customers sections. Make sure to confirm the cancellation before finalizing it to ensure the subscription is properly deactivated.
