To manage and cancel recurring billing for your customers, Paysight offers two ways to unsubscribe users: through the Transactions section or the Customers section. Follow the steps below to unsubscribe users from their active subscriptions.

Unsubscribing via Transactions

  1. Navigate to Transactions
    Go to the Transactions section from your dashboard.

  2. Find the Transaction
    Use the search or filter options to locate the transaction related to the subscription you want to cancel.

  3. Open the Side Panel
    Click on the transaction to open the side panel with detailed transaction information.

  4. View Active Subscriptions
    In the side panel, you will see a list of the customer’s active subscriptions.

  5. Unsubscribe the User
    Select the subscription you want to cancel and click the Unsubscribe button.

  6. Confirm Unsubscription
    Follow the prompts to confirm and complete the cancellation.

Unsubscribing via Customers

  1. Navigate to Customers
    Go to the Customers section from your dashboard.

  2. Search for the Customer
    Use the search bar to locate the customer whose subscription you want to manage.

  3. View Subscriptions
    Below the transactions table, you will find a Memberships table that lists all of the customer’s active subscriptions.

  4. Unsubscribe the User
    From the Memberships table, select the subscription you want to cancel and click the Unsubscribe or Cancel button.

  5. Confirm Unsubscription
    Follow the prompts to confirm and process the cancellation.

Important Notes

  • Partial Cancellations: You can unsubscribe users from individual subscriptions without affecting their other active services.
  • Subscription Updates: Once the unsubscription is completed, the customer’s account will reflect the change, and they will no longer be billed for that subscription.
  • Confirmation: Both you and the customer will receive a confirmation once the unsubscription is successfully processed.

By following these steps, you can easily manage and cancel recurring subscriptions through either the Transactions or Customers sections. Make sure to confirm the cancellation before finalizing it to ensure the subscription is properly deactivated.
