Find this module in Shopify Stores > Edit Checkout > Tracking.

How it works

Use this module when the client wants session recordings, heatmaps, or behavior analytics from checkout.

Settings reference

You will set: Tool listThe behavior analytics providers enabled for checkout.
You will set: On/off switch and project IDLoads Microsoft Clarity using the client project ID.
You will set: On/off switch and site IDLoads Hotjar using the client site ID.

Examples

Enable Microsoft Clarity and paste the project ID from the client workspace.

Before saving

  • Confirm the tools are allowed by the client privacy policy.
  • Validate Hotjar IDs are numeric.
  • Avoid adding the same scripts again through Checkout Code Blocks.
