Marketing Integrations connects checkout lifecycle events to marketing platforms. The current customer-facing integration is Omnisend.

How it works

Omnisend uses checkout email capture and completed order events to power abandoned-checkout and placed-order automation. Omnisend controls the wait timer and campaign logic inside its own platform.

Settings reference

You will set: Secure text fieldThe API key used to connect Paysight checkout events to Omnisend.
You will set: Text fieldThe Omnisend list that should receive checkout contacts/events.
You will set: Managed event mappingThe checkout events Paysight sends to Omnisend for started checkout and placed order behavior.
You will set: Managed eventSends customer email capture to Omnisend so abandonment automation can start.
You will set: Managed eventSends completed orders to Omnisend so abandonment automation can stop or branch correctly.

Examples

Enter the API key and list ID, save the integration, then build the matching abandoned-checkout automation inside Omnisend.

Before saving

  • Confirm API key and list ID with the client.
  • Build or verify the Omnisend automation after saving.
  • Do not manually duplicate Omnisend webhooks in Event Actions.
