Upsell Order Handling controls how accepted post-purchase offers are sent to Shopify and how payment completion is handled.

How it works

These settings affect fulfillment, reconciliation, and payment timing. Confirm the expected order structure with operations before changing them.

Settings reference

You will set: On/off switchGroups all accepted upsells into one separate Shopify order.
You will set: On/off switchCreates a separate order for each accepted upsell.
You will set: On/off switchWaits for the upsell payment result before continuing when individual order mode is enabled.
You will set: On/off switchAdvanced behavior that makes the decline action behave like accept.Note: Use only when explicitly approved for the client flow.
